TRAINING PROGRAMS

HEBCO provides formal training programs, distance learning, stand alone and web-enabled Computer Based Training (CBT) products, and hands-on classroom or job site instruction for a wide variety of DoD and industry clients.

We recruit individuals with a high level of subject matter expertise and effective communication skills to support our customer’s training needs. As a result, we have on staff a cadre of experienced course developers and trainers who identify training requirements, develop training plans and course materials, and travel to locations worldwide providing instruction.

We are able to reduce our client’s life-cycle training costs by investing in learning technologies that enable rapid, low-cost repurposing of existing technical publication content and collaborative data sharing between maintenance and training products.
