HEBCO has implemented an administrative infrastructure to incorporate our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Business Management System (QBMS) and Capability Muturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level III based procedures. We use these principles and techniques to ensure that support is efficiently executed, administered, and reported to the Contract Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and Seaport-NxG Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO). Our Electronic Tracking, Reporting, and Accounting System (ETRAC) facilitates proactive quality management capability by providing real-time performance, schedule, and funding data directly to task leads, program managers, and Government customers.
HEBCO's measurement of any of the task order performance objectives will be accomplished through ETRAC and managed using our ISO 9001:2015 QBMS and CMMI Level III processes. HEBCO is committed to Continuous Improvement and implements those principles daily in accomplishing our mission. Our ISO 9001:2015-certified QBMS and CMMI requires periodic internal and external audits including audits of the quality processes themselves in addition to the assessments anticipated with this task order. Task orders cannot be started until several quality steps have been established as follows:
The task order is entered into the ETRAC System. This initiates the monitoring of due dates and task tracking metrics. Performance and reporting thresholds for each service item are entered into ETRAC
Quality resources and personnel are selected for the task order.
Task-specific risks and uncertainties are identified.
A task order kick-off meeting is scheduled with the PCO, HEBCO Seaport-NxG Project Manager, and COTR involved. These individuals are provided ETRAC access for CDRL and report delivery as well as project status tracking.
